The Nightingale Thrift and Credit Cooperative Society Ltd. (NTCCS) is a newly registered cooperative institution formed with the vision of promoting thrift, financial discipline, mutual help, and self-reliance among the people of Assam. The Society was officially registered under the Assam Cooperative Societies Act, 2007, bearing Registration No. Assam. 11/2025-2026 dated 30-08-2025, at the Office of the Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Assam, Khanapara, Guwahati. The registration certifies that NTCCS will operate as a cooperative with limited liability and will function in accordance with the cooperative principles, the provisions of the Act
